Helping Hands Cares LLC was founded on one unwavering belief:

With over 28 years in healthcare and caregiving, our founder Jomesa Boone has walked every step of the caregiving journey — as a CNA, DSP, CMT, Case Manager, Home Health Aide, and family caregiver. She has been the one everyone calls, the one who always shows up — the Strong One.
And she knows the cost.
Through her own lived experience, Jomesa developed a deep passion for helping caregivers reclaim their wholeness, receive the support they deserve, and feel empowered in both life and work.
Helping Hands Cares LLC was born from that calling — and today, we proudly serve Maryland’s care community through three powerful branches:

About our Founder
Jomesa Boone, the founder and President of Helping Hands Cares LLC, brings over 28 years of healthcare and caregiving experience to her work as a leader, advocate, and entrepreneur.
Helping Hands Cares LLC was founded on one core belief:
Caregivers deserve to be seen, supported, and strengthened.
Having served as a CNA, DSP, CMT, Case Manager, Caregiver, and Home Health Aide, Jomesa knows firsthand the rewards and the challenges of the caregiving journey — both professionally and personally.
Through her own experiences as "the strong one" in her family and care community, Jomesa developed a deep passion for supporting those who give so much of themselves to care for others. Helping Hands Cares LLC was born from that passion- and today we offer:
