WHAT YOU CAN DO

Daily Wellness
Complete mood and “I’m Okay” check-ins, record hydration and activity, use guided relaxation, and keep a gratitude journal.

Medication Support
Organize medication reminders and share non-emergency medication information with the Helping Hands Cares team.

Family Connection
Send care updates, review visit information, share non-emergency messages, and keep important care details together.

Faith & Encouragement
Read scripture, submit prayer requests, reflect, find encouragement, and connect with Bible study resources.

Community Resources
Find support for Medicare, Medicaid, food, housing, transportation, utilities, veterans services, and healthy aging.

Private Client Portal
Approved clients and family members can securely view care visits, appointments, invoices, forms, messages, service requests, and Emergency Information Vault items.

HOW IT WORKS

  2. Sign in when using private client or family features.

  3. Complete a check-in, use a wellness tool, or send a non-emergency request.

  4. Authorized Helping Hands Cares staff review submissions and coordinate follow-up.
