New Client Promotion – Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all new client promotional offers:

1. Eligibility
This promotion is valid for new clients only who have not previously received services from Helping Hands Cares, LLC.

2. Free Consultation
The consultation is provided at no cost and does not obligate the client to begin services.

3. 50% Off Start of Care Fee
The discounted Start of Care fee applies only upon signing a service agreement and initiating care. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

4. 15% Off First Invoice
The 15% discount applies to the client’s first invoice only and is not applicable to ongoing services, additional fees, or future invoices.

5. Referral Program – 4 Free Hours of Care

• The referring client and the referred individual must both be active clients.

• The referred individual must sign a service agreement and receive services for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.

• After 30 days of active service, both clients will receive 4 free hours of care.

• Free hours are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 30 days of issuance. After 30 days the 4 free hours will no longer be available for use.

6. Service Requirements
All services are subject to caregiver availability, completion of required intake documentation, and approval of a personalized Plan of Care.

7. Non-Transferable Offer
This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to past services.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel
Helping Hands Cares, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Compliance & Payment
All standard company policies, service agreements, and payment terms remain in effect.

By initiating services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
